# Free Webinar: Could the Technology from TwinLabs Change the Way We Design Spas?

**A live conversation with Tim Wade, Co-founder of TwinLabs**

**Join Tim Wade, Co-founder of TwinLabs, in conversation with Alistair Johnson, Founder of Spa Creators.**

Technology is beginning to give operators something they have never really had before: a detailed picture of how people actually use physical spaces. TwinLabs already uses AI and digital twin technology to help health clubs understand where people go, what they use and where congestion occurs.

In this free 30-minute session, Tim and Alistair explore whether the same approach could work in spa and wellness, and what understanding real guest behaviour could mean for how spas are designed, operated and commercially evaluated.

**What You'll Discover:**

- What TwinLabs has learned from health clubs
- How guests might really use a spa
- Designing for real, not theoretical, capacity
- Where the commercial value could lie
- What a first spa pilot could look like
